I am a 53 yr old mom of 2 with one teenage son still living with me at home. And now I am a grandma to 4! I feel like I've lived a life that steps just outside of the normal, often walking paths that no one around me was taking. I have been working on healing myself. My body, my nervous system and my emotions. Crazy how it is all connected! And I have been pulled to write about some of my experiences. Honestly, I haven't even tried to write since high school and the only reason I did was because it was an assignment! I never would have guessed that I would be called to start writing in my 50's!
